Manufacturing & Fabrication Division started in 1998.

We are specialized in Design, fabrication and erection of steel structures such as:

• Fuel oil system like bulk tanks, day tanks for generators and other applications
• Pre-engineered Steel Buildings (PEB’s)
• Pipe Racks, Core locks
• Stacks, Tanks, Silos,
• Towers, Frames,
• Accropodes, Hoppers
• Vessels & Sub Station Structures

Built over an area of 3000 square meter, our manufacturing unit incorporates metal-cutting, bending, punching, welding, blasting, and painting departments. We are equipped with EOT crane and forklifts for shifting of bulky materials and equipment. Our diligent quality control team works round the clock carefully inspecting the product in all stages. Our highly proficient workforce consists of experienced and dedicated manpower including welders, riggers, fitters, fabricators, and erectors. Furthermore, the ever-so-competent production unit assures quality and prompt dispatching of goods. Moreover, the latter also upholds QHSE criterion both at factory as well as at erection sites.

Our projects involve engineering, procurement, fabrication, sandblasting, single/ multi-coat painting, erection, and project management of structural steel works for industrial buildings, oil and gas pipe racks, multi-level platforms: warehouses, offices/ showrooms/ service center buildings and multi-story high-rise buildings. Our capacity is 1000 MT that is depending on the nature of task in hand, quality, and delivery is not compromised. We focus on projects involving standard to excessive chores ranging from simple beam and column to complex truss systems. We utilize our own cranes, professional workforce and competent site supervisors/ engineers for erection works.
